Automotive Delivery Advisor - Car Explainer (80%)
Your mission:
As the true guarantor of the final customer experience, you ensure the preparation, presentation and delivery of vehicles in compliance with the quality standards of the manufacturer and RRG. You ensure that each vehicle is delivered in impeccable condition and make the key handover a unique moment for our customers.
Your main responsibilities:
Vehicle preparation and management:
- Receive new and used vehicles
- Participate in the preparation logistics for vehicle display or delivery
- Check the condition, compliance and equipment of vehicles in relation to orders
- Ensure the proper fitting of accessories not originally installed
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and display areas at all times
- Carry out photo shoots of vehicles intended for online listing
- Ensure proper maintenance of the used, demonstration and rental vehicle fleet
Vehicle delivery:
- Organise and prepare vehicle handovers in compliance with quality standards
- Create a personalised presentation video before vehicle delivery
- Present to customers all the features, equipment and new elements of the vehicle during key handover
- Support customers in getting to grips with their vehicle and answer their questions
- Ensure the availability, cleanliness and attractiveness of delivery areas
- Always apply the manufacturer’s procedures and quality standards
Vehicle management & logistics:
- Carry out vehicle transfers (deliveries, transfers, exhibitions, events or maintenance)
- Contribute to enhancing the vehicle fleet and the company’s brand image
- Actively participate in events: trade shows, private sales, commercial operations
Your profile
- Driving licence essential
- Passion for automobiles and customer satisfaction orientation
- Attention to detail, organisation and quality
- Dynamic, motivated and conscientious personality, with excellent team spirit and very good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in French and English
