Experienced Buyer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You update and send the monthly forecasts and annual budgets for our key suppliers.
- You create purchase orders according to forecasts and demand analysis and record order confirmations in SAP.
- You coordinate external suppliers and internal customers.
- You determine, release, and ensure supply dates.
- You prepare quotations for new products.
- You manage and update SAP article data as well as the price list.
- You monitor logistical indicators and implement necessary corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial or technical basic education, supplemented by a federal specialist certificate in purchasing or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in purchasing or planning, ideally in an industrial environment.
- You are familiar with information and communication tools (ERP, SAP, MS Office).
- You speak very good French or German and can communicate in the other language with our internal and external contacts.
