Your Tasks

• You coordinate the hospitality services on the ward and ensure the care of around 30 patients.
• You record meals according to medically prescribed diets and provide a service-oriented food and beverage service, including a breakfast trolley.
• You assist patients with questions about room infrastructure and contribute to a pleasant stay.
• You coordinate with nursing, cleaning, logistics and other professional groups to ensure a structured daily routine.
• You manage food, laundry and operating materials and ensure their availability.
• You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene standards.
• Shift work between 06:45 and 19:30, either 3.5, 6 or 8.5 hours.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or restaurant specialist EFZ. You bring experience in hospitality, service or a comparable environment.
• You present yourself in a friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented manner and enjoy working in direct contact with people.
• You are resilient, flexible and keep an overview even with changing demands.
• You work independently, responsibly and reliably.
• You have an affinity for healthcare and an interest in interprofessional collaboration.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT user skills.
