Want to manage your mandates independently within a human-sized trust company, with a varied portfolio and no audit work? This opportunity is for you!
This Geneva-based trust company supports a clientele composed notably of companies and self-employed individuals in their accounting and fiduciary needs. As part of strengthening its team, it is looking for a confirmed Trust Accountant at 80-100%, capable of independently managing a varied portfolio of mandates.
Your tasks with your new employer
- Independently manage a portfolio of companies and self-employed individuals
- Ensure the complete maintenance of their accounting records
- Manage debtors and creditors
- Perform reconciliations and accounting controls
- Prepare VAT returns
- Carry out closing work and annual finalisations
- Prepare annual accounts
- Prepare tax declarations for legal entities
- Ensure the follow-up of deadlines related to your portfolio
- Communicate directly with clients and support them with their accounting questions
- Identify any anomalies or missing information and ensure follow-up
- Document important specifics of files to guarantee structured follow-up
- No revision or audit work is planned within the scope of the position
You offer your new employer
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent, ideally complemented by accounting training
- An accounting diploma, a federal specialist certificate in finance and accounting, or a fiduciary agent certificate is an advantage
- Ideally 4 to 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in fiduciary accounting
- Very good command of French and Microsoft 365, knowledge of Crésus is an advantage
- Good ability to identify and resolve common accounting issues
