Job Description

• Organise, coordinate, and monitor demolition and deconstruction work
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers on site
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety instructions
• Read plans and apply technical directives
• Collaborate with the works management and various stakeholders
• Actively participate in the work when necessary
• Ensure sorting, recovery, and disposal of materials

We Expect

• Proven experience in demolition, civil engineering, or construction
• Successful initial experience as a team leader or foreman
• Natural leadership and excellent priority management
• Knowledge of Swiss safety standards
• Category B driving licence essential
• Fluency in French
• Autonomous, organised, and solution-oriented person
