For our client in the industrial sector, we are looking for a committed individual as a technical sales consultant (m/f).
In this exciting role, you combine your technical understanding with strong customer orientation and competently support customers in German and French. You feel comfortable in an industrial environment and have experience in customer support in French-speaking regions? - Responsibility for the complete processing of customer orders including calculation, quotation preparation, and consistent follow-up
- Monitoring delivery dates, availability, and stock to ensure a smooth process
- Coordination and handling of all matters concerning technical components and spare parts in close cooperation with customers, suppliers, and partner companies
- Managing relevant master data in SAP as well as participating in optimisation projects and activities in the After Sales Service area
- Solid professional experience in internal sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Fluent German and French language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in using modern ERP solutions, especially SAP
- High level of personal responsibility, structured working style, as well as strong customer orientation and service mentality

Profile
- Commercial or technical vocational qualification with relevant practical experience- Solid professional experience in internal sales, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Fluent German and French language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in using modern ERP solutions, especially SAP
- High level of personal responsibility, structured working style, as well as strong customer orientation and service mentality
