Support Technician at 60%
Within the framework of a fixed-term contract for 7 months
within the IT and Telematics Service (SITEL)
Activities
As a support technician, you will work in an environment that promotes close contact with users as well as direct and close collaboration with other members of the service.
In this role, you will provide IT support to staff and students, both on-site and remotely. You will participate in managing and assigning requests received through the ticketing system and actively contribute to the activities of the IT support unit.
You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and renewal of staff workstations running Windows and macOS, as well as printers. You will also ensure the installation, deployment, and updating of software and applications necessary for teaching, research, and administration activities, in compliance with the standards and procedures defined by SITEL.
Furthermore, you will contribute to keeping the IT inventory up to date and participate in managing the standardised configurations of workstations. In this capacity, you will take part in the preparation and maintenance of equipment intended for classrooms, computer rooms, and certain specialised workstations.
Desired profile
Holding a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an IT specialist, you have professional experience in IT support. You possess excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and good knowledge of macOS, as well as common office software.
With an awareness of IT security issues, you are comfortable working in a team and enjoy working within a small, versatile structure.
Service-oriented, you have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate responsiveness, availability, and helpfulness. You have an excellent command of the French language and a good knowledge of English. You hold a category B driving licence.
Start date: 1 December 2026, for a duration of 7 months at 60%.
