YOUR TASKS

• Planning and management of further training offers as well as onboarding days in the nursing sector
• Participation in the development and implementation of device training and introductions as well as ensuring smooth processes in cooperation with medical technology and nursing development
• Coordination and participation in projects and workshops
• Structuring and maintenance of professional documents and learning content in knowledge systems (e.g. SharePoint, DMS, Learning Academy) in cooperation with nursing experts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH, health professional or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of administrative or commercial processes is an advantage; willingness to acquire these
• Experience in handling technical devices in the nursing sector
• Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
• Very good communication and coordination skills
• Confident use of MS Office and digital application systems (Teams, SharePoint, DMS)
