Are you ready to take on responsibility and apply your expertise in the IT infrastructure environment with precision? For an established Swiss IT company with locations in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for you as an ICT Senior System Engineer (m/f).

The company stands for practical, strategically thought-out IT solutions that are implemented directly at the customer – from consulting through implementation to operation and support of complex IT systems.

Your Tasks

Operation, monitoring and maintenance of customer systems (remote & on site)
Planning, preparation and implementation of IT projects in the SME environment
Design and realisation of solutions in the areas of storage, virtualisation, backup & restore
Execution of system migrations and updates
Creation of technical concepts and system documentation
Support of colleagues and customers with technical concerns

Our Requirements

Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ or equivalent
Further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
Several years of professional experience with Microsoft and VMware server environments
Sound knowledge of storage and backup systems (e.g. HP, Fujitsu, Acronis, Synology)
Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as support tasks (German, ideally also English or other languages)
Analytical and conceptual strength, high personal responsibility and team spirit
Driving licence category B and willingness to be regularly deployed at customers
