IT System Engineer (TOP Employer) (m/f/d)
How can logistical process performance be sustainably improved? Our Rocken partner develops holistic automation and software solutions to optimise internal material and goods flows. With a strong focus on innovative technologies in process control, the company supports its customers in making complex processes more efficient, transparent, and scalable.
The field of activity includes planning, implementation, and commissioning of automated systems as well as the integration of suitable software solutions into existing process landscapes. Engineering, project management, and technical support work closely together to realise customer-specific solutions.
Technical precision, innovative strength, and structured project management are central. Complex challenges are solved together as a team and projects are professionally accompanied through all phases.
Role:
Firewall: Maintenance of the firewall infrastructure for remote maintenance
Error analysis: Troubleshooting and collaboration with software development
Customer support: Contact person for international support
Tests: Conducting system tests after commissioning
Networks: Planning and implementation of networks
Installation: Software installation and commissioning (remote/on-site)
Cloud: Participation in building a cloud-based deployment architecture
Support: Maintenance of remote support services
Monitoring: Use of Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMk
Requirements:
Education: Certified technician HF in computer science or electrical engineering
IT knowledge: Windows servers, SQL databases, industrial networks
Certificates: CCNA training, Linux knowledge (LPIC level) advantageous
Cybersecurity: Experience in cybersecurity topics advantageous
Languages: Very good German and English skills
