LEAD/COACH BUSINESS ANALYST M/F

As part of our development and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

LEAD/COACH BUSINESS ANALYST M/F

MISSION:
You will be the business analysis referent for a team of 8 to 10 people, in a complex application environment. You will define analysis methods, support the Business Analysts and take charge of the most complex analyses, in connection with the business, product and IT teams.

SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• More than 8 years of experience in business analysis
• Experience as Lead Business Analyst or referent, with coaching of other Business Analysts
• Excellent command of business and functional analysis (requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Functional analysis of solutions based on APIs and integration issues
• Agile (Scrum), Jira and Confluence
• Fluent French, English at least B2 level
• Knowledge of Java/Angular stacks or similar (an asset)

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Certification in business analysis (IIBA or equivalent) (an asset)
• Agile and Scrum certification (an asset)

CONDITIONS:

• On-site, remote work possible up to 2 days per week
• Residence in Switzerland
