As the most personal insurance in Switzerland, people are at the centre of our focus. In this role, you will proactively and straightforwardly support our customers in the event of a claim.

Your Impact with Us

The core of your work is the optimal support of our customers in the event of a claim – from notification to completion. You skilfully apply your expertise and service orientation throughout the entire process, providing customers with confidence regarding claim handling. You maintain close communication with your team and all parties involved in the claim. For more complex cases, you inspect the damage on site at our customers’ premises.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the insurance sector, insurance specialist certificate advantageous
• Several years of professional experience in claims handling
• Enjoyment in contact and support of customers in the event of a claim
• Customer-oriented and independent working style
• Responsible, resilient and open personality
• Team player
• Willingness to independently conduct damage inspections in the Basel region

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the insurance intermediary VBV, Non-Life profile, to perform this function. If this is not available, we are happy to support you with tailored internal training.
