What is my role?

Our client, a renowned medical institution in the Bern area, is looking for you as a medical secretary for a highly specialised surgical department. Forget boring office routine: here you become the central hub of a dynamic team and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• You orchestrate complex schedules for consultations and operations

• You are the professional interface between patients, external referrers and various specialist departments

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with a solid commercial education, MPA, FaGe or a comparable basic education with a medical background. Ideally, you already have some practical experience in medical secretarial work or a similar environment.

In terms of language, you are confident: you master German at a high level in spoken and written form, while you can also communicate easily in French and English.
