Role:

A traditional Swiss technology and industrial company with over 140 years of experience in the development and manufacture of highly precise springs, stamped and bent parts.

The company produces billions of precision parts annually with around 1,500 employees at locations in several countries and works on technologically demanding solutions for global customers.

Responsibilities:

• As a central interface between finance and business, you support the management of the Medical division in financial control and act as a sparring partner for strategic issues.

• You are responsible for divisional controlling across various international locations and prepare meaningful forecasts, budgets, analyses, and decision-making bases.

• With a critical eye, you identify relevant developments, risks, and improvement potentials and translate complex figures into clear recommendations for action.

• You develop reporting further using modern BI solutions such as Qlik and actively contribute to group-wide digitalisation and optimisation projects.

Qualifications:

• A higher business administration education with a focus on finance or controlling forms your professional foundation.

• You have several years of controlling experience in an international industrial environment and are accustomed to assessing complex structures and interrelationships.

• Analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to independently drive topics forward are among your strengths.

• You are proficient in using BI and reporting tools.

• You communicate fluently in German and English.
