ICT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You support colleagues with technical questions and ensure quick and sustainable problem resolution.
You manage clients, peripheral devices, and selected internal communication and security systems.
You analyse faults, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate external specialists if necessary.
You shape digital work processes and evaluate suitable tools for automation, collaboration, and efficient workflows.
You accompany new solutions in everyday work, convey their use, and raise employees’ awareness for secure handling of digital resources.
Qualifications:
You have a completed ICT training at EFZ level or a comparable qualification.
You ideally bring practical experience from IT service, client support, or workplace management.
You are interested in M365, Power Automate, Intune, cloud technologies and other contemporary ICT solutions.
You work independently, straightforwardly, and goal-oriented, keeping an overview even with several parallel tasks.
You communicate fluently in German, enjoy working in a team, and take pleasure in sharing knowledge and trying out new technologies.
