As a workshop manager, you play a central role in the organisation and management of the workshop. You take charge of leading and developing your team, ensure the smooth running of activities and guarantee an efficient and high-quality organisation. Additionally, you support customer service daily and ensure smooth collaboration between the workshop and customer service.

Your tasks
- You lead the workshop team consisting of two employees and one apprentice
- You plan and coordinate the workshop work orders in close collaboration with your team
- You advise our customers professionally, by phone, email or directly on site
- You manage warranty work independently and reliably, including warranty settlements and recall campaigns
- You prepare transparent and detailed quotes and ensure correct invoicing.
- You receive repair and service requests
- You carry out complex technical repairs and modifications in collaboration with your team
- You are responsible for quality management, monitor ongoing service and repair work and ensure smooth operations
Your profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a motorcycle mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician or an equivalent qualification
- You have several years of experience in a similar role; initial management experience is an advantage
- You are proficient in French and ideally have good knowledge of German
- Teamwork is second nature to you and you actively contribute to an excellent team spirit
- You stand out through your service mindset and professional customer approach
- You work independently, reliably and efficiently
- You hold a valid driving licence for categories A and B.
