What you can achieve
- You accompany the production process from preparing the equipment to handing over the finished products to logistics.
- By carefully preparing the equipment, you create optimal conditions for a smooth production start.
- During production, you monitor and control the filling line and ensure a trouble-free process.
- You are responsible for the further packaging of the products and their safe handover to logistics.
- You independently resolve minor malfunctions and contribute suggestions for optimising our processes.
- You consistently adhere to quality, hygiene and safety standards and actively support your team on the shop floor.
What you bring
- Enjoyment of technology and willingness to pitch in actively.
- Training in the food sector or experience as a machine operator.
- Technical understanding and interest in modern production equipment.
- A reliable, careful and responsible working style with a high awareness of quality.
- Team spirit, openness, commitment and a strong sense of hygiene.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late and night shifts until Saturday morning 5:00 am) as well as a driving licence and own vehicle.
