Business Applications Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Assuming technical ownership for central business applications and connected systems throughout their entire lifecycle - from configuration and testing to productive further development
Ensuring high availability through structured application management, professional troubleshooting and coordinated integration of different software and end device systems
Technical support for changes, releases and security updates as well as further development of operational standards, documentation and recurring maintenance processes
Active participation in digitalisation and technology projects as an application specialist, including responsibility for selected work packages and subprojects
Qualifications:
Solid ICT educational background or comparable professional experience in a technically demanding application, support or operational function
Profound understanding of application lifecycle management, technical integrations and professional IT support as well as experience with the introduction of new specialist solutions
Structured working method and good understanding of IT service processes; ITIL knowledge and experience with specialised system or device landscapes complement the profile
Communicative and responsible IT specialist with a high solution orientation, pronounced quality awareness and willingness to take on on-call duties
