THE QUALITY AND SAFETY OF CARE SERVICE IS LOOKING FOR
MAIN MISSION
You will act as the institutional vigilance contact for medical devices and coordinate the quality approaches of operating theatres and technical platforms.
At the interface of medical, technical and administrative teams, you ensure the monitoring of institutional processes related to medical devices, quality registers and risk management. You play a key role in administrative coordination, data analysis, indicator monitoring and steering continuous improvement actions.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate all activities related to materiovigilance within the institution and be the main contact with suppliers and competent authorities
- Ensure regulatory declarations to the competent authorities
- Monitor non-conformities related to medical devices and operating theatre processes
- Participate in audits and inspections
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at quality, safety and performance of operating processes and technical platforms
- Train and support colleagues
SKILLS – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified training in the health field or equivalent qualification
- Proven professional experience in an operating theatre or technical platform environment
- Additional training in quality management, risk management or patient safety (CAS, DAS) is an asset
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
- Excellent command of IT tools and platforms, databases and reporting tools
- Organisational skills, rigour and autonomy
