Apprenticeship as Commercial Employee CFC (FPA)

The activities of commercial employees are varied and depend on the departments and needs of the company. This versatile profession allows you to discover a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.

Typical work situations:

• Handling requests from clients and suppliers (online or offline)

• Managing internal and external orders

• Coordinating and organising work processes

• Researching, analysing, and evaluating market information

• Participating in quality assurance activities

• Writing digital content and managing data

Required conditions:

• Compulsory schooling completed (intermediate or higher level)

• Holder of a general education certificate or a federal maturity certificate

• Good language skills, especially in English

• Service orientation and ease in interpersonal contacts

• Diplomacy, patience, and customer focus

• Organisational talent, reliability, and ability to work in a team

• Good oral and written expression

• Quick comprehension, sense of responsibility, and autonomy

Duration of the apprenticeship: 2 years
