Technical Sales Representative Metal (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you combine customer contact with the technical processing of orders. You work in an industrial environment and accompany projects involving customised sheet metal components.
Responsibilities:
Record customer enquiries and clarify the required technical details
Systematically process and keep business cases up to date in the ERP system
Prepare technical information for customers in an understandable way
Calculate economic fundamentals for customer projects
Consistently follow up on open business transactions
Provide administrative support for internal production steps if needed
Assist in preparing manufacturing orders for punching and laser technology
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on technology or industry
Experience in the metal processing environment
Good understanding of technical products and production processes
Confident handling of numbers and digital systems
Independent and careful working style
Clear communication in dealing with customers and internal departments
Good resilience and team orientation
