As Head Chef 100%, you are a valuable part of our 25-member Schifflände crew immediately or by arrangement and work within the 11-member team.
The popular excursion restaurant Schifflände Maur is beautifully located directly on Lake Greifen. With around 100 indoor seats, spread across the lake restaurant and country tavern, as well as over 140 terrace seats with self-service, culinary experiences are guaranteed. The heart of the kitchen is fish specialties, complemented by seasonal meat and vegetarian dishes. The hall offers space for celebrations with up to 140 guests - perfect for weddings, banquets and special occasions.

- Management of the kitchen and office team
