Are you looking for a challenge where you can apply your accounting skills? In this role, you will take on a versatile and responsible position and actively contribute to ensuring that financial processes run efficiently and smoothly. You enjoy working independently and keep an overview even with complex financial processes. Your efforts will be visible, and you appreciate an environment where you can apply your skills. You are a professional clerk with experience in accounting and are looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the financial processes of Europcar on Demand / Mobility Concepts
- In this role, you process damage invoices and carry out dunning runs
- As an accounting clerk, you post bank transactions and reconcile balances
- You check cash closings and actively support the team with monthly and annual financial statements
- You prepare commission and agency invoices and take on deputy roles within the accounting team
- In this role, you ensure that all relevant processes are handled reliably and on time
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education and ideally further training in accounting
- Thanks to your several years of professional experience in accounting, you are confident in your field and bring valuable practical knowledge
- You communicate confidently in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a high standard of quality
- You are a responsible and committed person who enjoys taking responsibility and finding successful solutions together with the team
- You are proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge additionally helps you in everyday work
