You are looking for a new challenge as a Network Security Engineer and want to apply your skills in a dynamic environment. In this role, you take responsibility for the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of security infrastructures. You work independently and openly in a committed team and have the opportunity to participate in exciting projects. You can look forward to flexible working conditions and comprehensive training opportunities. You will be part of a team that takes responsibility for the entire IT value chain.
Responsibilities:
You develop robust protection concepts for distributed network landscapes.
You implement replacements and conversions of grown platforms to new security architectures.
You act as a contact person for technical designs and support departments as well as external clients.
You administer Palo Alto, Check Point and Forcepoint firewalls as well as Skyhigh and F5 WAF environments.
You locate sources of errors, coordinate their resolution and sustainably improve operational quality.
Qualifications:
You have solid professional experience in the fields of networking, connectivity and cybersecurity.
You have in-depth knowledge of next-generation firewalls, tunnelling, web gateways and access protection.
You understand complex Cisco architectures across data centres, wireless networks and core components.
You have advanced professional training in networking or security, for example at CCNP level.
You convince through analytical thinking, initiative, a cooperative manner and a strong service orientation.
