Corporate Client Manager Back-Office Insurance

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Corporate Property & Asset Insurance Manager on a permanent 100% contract based in Lausanne. The colleague will join the Insurance Back-Office department of the organisation.

Our client is a very reputable company active in insurance and pension brokerage in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Integration within the organisation;
• Technical and administrative management of a portfolio of corporate property and asset insurances;
• Analysis of existing coverages and search for insurance solutions adapted to clients’ needs;
• Preparation of tenders and insurance comparisons;
• Collaboration with insurance companies in the interest of clients;
• Processing and follow-up of client files;
• Claims follow-up;
• Teamwork with client advisors;
• Client and management reporting;
• Participation in daily office life.

Candidate Profile

• Training in insurance;
• AFA Insurance Intermediary Certificate;
• Similar and essential experience in corporate property and asset insurance within an insurance company or brokerage in Switzerland;
• Experience in insurance brokerage is a real advantage;
• Very good knowledge of corporate property and asset insurance branches;
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) and insurance software;
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
• Knowledge of another language is an asset;
• Autonomy and team spirit;
• Initiative;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
