Our partner is a locally operating IT service provider specialising in supporting SMEs. Their focus is on comprehensive support of IT environments in companies, law firms, medical practices, and public administrations. They act as an external IT department for their clients, although "external" is just a term, not a behaviour.
- Advising customers on technically oriented enquiries
- Ensuring impeccable service quality
- Handling warranty cases including shipments
- Competent customer advice and support for questions and problems
- Training in IT/technical field or several years of experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft client, operating systems, and MS Office
- Knowledge in networks and Active Directory; experience with VMware or Azure is a plus
- Responsible, team-oriented, independent, flexible, proactive, and reliable
- Confident appearance and well-groomed, as well as good German language skills

Tasks
- Receiving and handling repairs, upgrades, and maintenance work on PCs and other IT products (hardware and software)- Advising customers on technically oriented enquiries

Profile
- Experience as an ICT technician or PC technician- Training in IT/technical field or several years of experience
