The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service (KJPD) Thurgau offers excellent conditions for classic child and adolescent psychiatric as well as comprehensive psychotherapeutic training. We treat over 3,000 patients annually with high quality standards in family-friendly, outpatient, outreach and day clinic settings, using evidence-based therapy methods where possible (multisystemic therapy MST, Parent Child Interaction Therapy PCIT, ESDM for early intervention in autism). Assistant Physician in Specialist Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
You have the opportunity during your specialist training to rotate between the various assistant physician positions within our broad clinical offerings and thus benefit from comprehensive specialist training.You will take on
- classic diagnostics and treatments in an interdisciplinary team, in our multimodal therapy programme with individual, group and family therapy offerings as well as extensively developed services in early childhood (PCIT) and TAFF (children with autism for intensive early intervention).
You bring with you
- interest in specialist training in child and adolescent psychiatry
- commitment, flexibility, humour and enthusiasm for working with mentally ill children and their families as well as for interdisciplinary collaboration
