Tasks you will enjoy
- Independent checking, processing and posting of goods supplier invoices in SAP
- Responsibility for the reconciliation, analysis and clearing of goods receipt/invoice receipt clearing accounts
- Identification, analysis and clarification of inventory and posting discrepancies as well as initiation of appropriate corrective measures
- Competent contact person for suppliers and internal departments regarding questions about invoices, quantity and price differences
- Ensuring efficient and timely digital invoice processing with Yuuvis (document management system)
Requirements you bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in accounting, especially in accounts receivable and/or accounts payable, is an advantage
- High personal responsibility as well as a reliable and structured way of working
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in solution-oriented collaboration with various stakeholders
- Communicative personality with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
