To support one of our clients during the year-end festivities, we are looking for:
Poultry Specialist Butcher
- Mandatory butcher CFC
- Significant knowledge and experience in poultry
- Very good knowledge of food safety standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Experience in cooking is a plus
- Excellent presentation
- French language mandatory, another language an asset
- Receiving and checking goods
- Emptying, removing nerves from turkey legs
- Ensuring product quality and freshness
- Cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment
