IT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the leading energy service company in Switzerland for end consumers in the field of permanent energy management (energy procurement, energy data management and billing). It is independent of suppliers, producers and distribution network operators.
Responsibilities:
You design, operate and further develop our hybrid IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Azure) including servers, network, M365 and backup
In this role, you share responsibility for IT security and its continuous development
You analyse and resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
As an IT System Engineer, you work closely with your team colleagues and the specialist departments within the company
You lead IT projects and actively participate in continuous improvement processes
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist, ideally with further education (FA/HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role, alternatively high motivation as a junior
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Solid know-how in networking, routing and IT security
- Initial or advanced experience in IT project management is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, networked thinking and solution-oriented personality
