Responsibilities:
You act as a link between medical departments and IT, ensuring that professional needs are translated into implementable digital solutions.
You examine existing workflows, identify weaknesses and develop future-proof process and system solutions together with users.
You conduct interviews and workshops, structure requirements and develop decision-making bases for applications and digital services.
You accompany projects from the initial idea through conception and realisation to implementation in clinical practice.
You coordinate professional requirements with internal technology units, software partners and other stakeholders.
You plan and support professional tests, validations and approvals, ensuring high solution quality.
You observe technological developments and assess their potential for the digitalisation of treatment, care and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
You have training or a degree in medical informatics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable field.
You have experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, process management or application support.
You are familiar with the challenges of a clinical system landscape and understand the needs of different professional groups in the hospital.
You enjoy structuring complex matters and deriving understandable concepts, requirements and solution variants from them.
Knowledge of HIS, clinical specialised applications, HL7, FHIR, DICOM or integration platforms is a plus.
You convince with pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking as well as an independent and reliable working style.
You can bring together different interests, moderate discussions confidently and communicate appropriately for the audience.
You are curious about new technologies and want to actively shape the digital transformation in healthcare.
