- Create customised tools and clamping devices as well as prepare detailed documentation that perfectly supports the manufacturing process
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production and guarantee top-level quality
- Actively contribute to meeting and achieving demanding production targets through precise control and quality assurance
- Committed participation in the continuous optimisation and further development of machining processes, aiming to steadily improve the post-processor
- Create and maintain necessary accompanying, control, and change documents that support flawless production
- Creatively assist in planning and creating clamping plans as well as compiling comprehensive tool lists and production-relevant documents
- Solid knowledge of CNC controls and CAD/CAM systems (Siemens, Heidenhain, Top-Solid advantageous)
- Ideally professional experience in toolmaking
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Independent and responsible working style
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimise NC programmes for high-precision 3D machining using state-of-the-art CAM systems, including the exciting moment of the first run on our machines- Create customised tools and clamping devices as well as prepare detailed documentation that perfectly supports the manufacturing process
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure smooth production and guarantee top-level quality
- Actively contribute to meeting and achieving demanding production targets through precise control and quality assurance

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, ideally with further education as a technician or comparable qualification- Solid knowledge of CNC controls and CAD/CAM systems (Siemens, Heidenhain, Top-Solid advantageous)
