Foreign Trade Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a smooth commercial process in sales
- Independent commercial handling and processing of shipping orders
- Independent preparation of export and forwarding documents
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Organisation of worldwide transport and forwarding orders
- Handling all usual customs formalities in compliance with company, country and customer-specific regulations
- Commercial handling of letters of credit
- Interface for purchasing, customers, representatives, forwarding companies
- Contact person for financial institutions, customs, chambers of commerce, embassies, etc.
Qualifications:
Many years of experience in foreign trade (internal sales and export)
Further training as a foreign trade specialist
Very good knowledge in the area of payment security in international trade
Experienced use of ERP systems and MS Office
Very good German and English skills
Independent working style
Good, structured work organisation
Communicative and team-oriented personality
