Identity & Microsoft 365 Security Consultant (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will design modern cloud and managed service solutions around Microsoft 365 and identity security with technical depth and strong consulting skills. You will delve into complex cloud topics and develop secure, scalable solutions that optimally support the professional use of Microsoft 365. At the same time, you will contribute to continuously improving and adapting identity and security concepts to new requirements. You will work in an environment where ongoing training and personal development are actively encouraged to continuously expand and keep your know-how up to date. In doing so, you take responsibility for a future-oriented cloud architecture where security, efficiency, and user focus are central.
Responsibilities:
You advise customers on securing their Microsoft 365 and identity environments and develop appropriate technical solutions.
You design and implement solutions with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and other security services.
You conduct workshops and assessments and translate technical requirements into understandable concepts and recommendations for action.
You accompany security projects from initial analysis through implementation to go-live.
You work closely with customers, internal specialists, and external partners, actively contributing your experience to project work.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in IAM, identity security or Microsoft 365 security.
You are familiar with Entra ID and modern Microsoft security solutions and understand their interaction with existing IT environments.
You have experience developing technical concepts and independently moderating workshops.
A certification such as SC-300, AZ-500 or a comparable qualification is a plus.
You present yourself confidently and customer-oriented, work independently, and communicate very well in German and English.
