Role:

You want to contribute your solid experience with ERP systems and actively further develop processes at the same time? In this role, you take on a central position in the support and further development of a company-wide ERP solution. You combine technical understanding with a good sense of business processes, translate requirements into practical solutions, and work closely with various departments as well as internal and external specialists. You have the opportunity to simplify structures, promote standards, and help shape the company’s digital advancement.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the professional support, configuration, and further development of the ERP solution

• You gather requirements from the departments and translate them into clear functional concepts

• You accompany ERP projects from the professional conception through implementation to introduction

• You question existing special solutions and advocate for standardised and efficient processes

• You participate in system adjustments, releases, and further developments and coordinate the necessary activities

• You support the analysis and resolution of malfunctions and complex professional issues

• You consider interfaces, data flows, evaluations, and automation possibilities when further developing processes

• You coordinate the collaboration between departments, IT, development, data managers and external partners

• You actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of the ERP landscape and the associated business processes

Qualifications:

• You have solid practical experience in supporting, configuring, or further developing ERP systems, ideally with Abacus

• You can analyse professional requirements and translate them into sustainable and implementable system solutions

• You have experience in ERP projects, process design or in larger system developments

• You communicate very well in German and English

• Experience with interfaces, automation, reporting or data processes is an advantage
