You competently and solution-orientedly handle IT support requests at 1st level and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
As a M365 superuser, you assess new requirements for their feasibility within the existing system landscape with a focus on Digital Workplace and SharePoint Online.
You promote modern exchange and learning formats such as Lunch & Learns and convey knowledge about Future Workplace & Collaboration clearly and practically.
You work closely with Field Service and 2nd Level Support and identify optimisation potentials.
You further develop team processes and continuously expand your expertise in the M365 and digital workplace environment.
Qualifications:
Training in computer science as well as further education or solid knowledge in the M365 environment.
Several years of experience in IT support as well as good knowledge in the area of Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace.
Confident handling of Teams, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Power Automate; knowledge of Copilot and ITSM suites is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and empathy as well as the ability to explain technical matters simply and understandably; knowledge of Confluence and Jira is a plus.
Fluent written and spoken German.
