About the job

The restaurant Le Chalet des Bains, located in the Lavey Baths complex, offers refined and flavoursome regional cuisine. To complete its team, the restaurant is looking for:

A 100% Head Waiter (M/F)

Fixed-term contract

Main tasks :

Ensure a "premium" service for our clientele

Ensure the permanent satisfaction of the customer and impeccable receptionIntervene at every stage of the service and guarantee its perfect running

Setting up, laying and clearing tablesEncourage sales (cross-selling and upselling) and take orders

Follow the instructions of the hierarchy and respect the company standards

Use the cash register system to carry out typifications, payments and cash register closures

Respect internal and legal directives and prescriptions regarding hygiene (HACCP)

Preparation of orders, stock management

Required profile :CFC in catering or equivalent (CAP-BEP)

Training and proven experience as a Head Waiter (min. 4 years)

Impeccable presentation, courteous and considerate

Strong sense of service, attention to detail and active listening

Dynamic and responsive, sense of contact and initiative, team spirit, rigorous

Ease of adaptation to the diversity of clientele

High degree of organisation and autonomy, responsible and reliable Diplomatic and pedagogical

Flexible with hours and good stress management

Starting date: October 2026 to April 2027
