ICT Technician (m/f/d)

In this role, you analyse disruptions related to Microsoft 365, find quick and sustainable solutions even for more complex problems, and work with a ticketing system
As an ICT technician, you are responsible for software distribution via SCCM using the GUI and perform manual installations if necessary
You document your work and solutions in the internal wiki and create clear instructions and checklists
As an ICT technician, you are well connected with the school staff and thus contribute to smooth IT processes
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional, or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by initial professional experience in IT support.
- You are well versed in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 in client operation, Active Directory, and TCP/IP and approach technical problems in a structured and sustainable manner.
- Ideally, you have experience in first- and second-level support directly with customers, preferably related to the school environment, and communicate confidently in German with teachers and learners.
- You work routinely and carefully with ticketing systems and keep an overview even with several simultaneous issues.
- You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to take your holidays during the school holidays of the canton of Lucerne.
