Senior Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Project management and coordination: Responsibility for complex projects in the HVAC sector from planning to implementation.
- Member of the management team: Active participation in shaping the strategic direction of the company.
- Leadership and development: Personnel management of project teams and development of employees.
- Consulting and negotiation: Advising clients on technical matters, professional negotiation skills.
- Business management aspects: Monitoring budgets, cost control, and ensuring project profitability.
- Quality management: Ensuring compliance with standards and quality requirements.
- Innovation: Identifying and implementing innovative technologies.
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training in building technology.
- Further education in building technology at the level of a federal diploma. Technician HF or higher.
- Several years of professional experience in project management in HVAC building technology.
- Good business management knowledge.
- Very good negotiation and consulting skills.
- Preferably already experience in personnel management.
- Team-oriented, communicative, and assertive personality.
