Future-proof networks form the backbone of modern companies. For a demanding technical environment, a network professional is sought who develops innovative infrastructures and successfully integrates new technologies into operations.
Responsibilities:
Development of high-performance network solutions for complex IT landscapes
Planning and implementation of modern Cisco network infrastructures
Operation and continuous optimisation of LAN, WAN, WLAN and data centre networks
Integration of cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure solutions
Introduction of automation solutions with Ansible, Python and API-based technologies
Ensuring highest availability, performance and scalability
Implementation of modern security concepts such as Zero Trust, micro-segmentation and network access control
Conducting technical analyses and handling complex network faults
Participation in innovation and transformation projects around digitalisation and infrastructure
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Cisco network engineering
Very good knowledge of enterprise routing and switching
Experience with Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, SD-WAN or Cisco DNA Center
Know-how in network automation and modern infrastructure concepts
Interest in cloud technologies, network security and new innovations
Independent, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working style
