A SPECIALISED COMPANY LAW / M&A LAWYER AT 80 – 100%
In this position, you will have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the department, leveraging your expertise while working in a collaborative and stimulating environment.
Profile sought
You hold a university degree in Swiss law and the Swiss bar certificate; You have at least 3 years of professional experience in company law, commercial law and mergers & acquisitions, gained within a Swiss law firm; You demonstrate excellent legal analytical skills and express yourself clearly in French and English, with German being an asset; You enjoy working both in a team and independently, show flexibility and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Start date: to be agreed
