Temporary HR Assistant 80-100% (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Support for the Head of Personnel Administration and HR Generalists in personnel administration for all branch offices; entries and exits, preparing contracts, references and confirmations
- First-level support for the employee portal MyAbacus
- Co-responsibility for accident reports
- Co-responsibility for the personnel department’s email inboxes
- Scanning/digitising personnel files
- Answering telephone calls and reception in the personnel office
- Co-responsibility for creating and posting job advertisements as well as partly selecting and forwarding incoming applications and written and oral correspondence with applicants
- General correspondence and administrative tasks
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in human resources, ideally as a personnel assistant or HR clerk
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position advantageous
- Confident German in spoken and written form as well as good French or Italian skills in spoken and written form advantageous
- Knowledge of Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Flexible, resilient personality with a high level of commitment
- Integrity, team-oriented personality with absolute confidentiality and strong service orientation
