Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager HVAC / Building Services Engineering for the independent planning and realisation of demanding building services projects. You will accompany projects through all relevant SIA phases from concept development through tendering and execution to commissioning. In addition to technical project work, you will take on specialist coordination and contribute your experience to modern BIM-based planning processes. At the same time, you will actively participate in the professional and digital development of the HVAC sector.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and design of HVAC systems across all relevant project phases
Project work according to SIA 108 from concept phase to commissioning
Development and evaluation of building services and energy concepts
Dimensioning and technical design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary systems
Preparation of tender and submission documents
Execution of specialist site management and control of proper implementation
Assumption of technical and spatial specialist coordination with architecture and other trades
Application and further development of BIM methods and digital planning processes
Coordination of specialist models and execution of plan and clash checks
Participation in planner, project and construction meetings
Support during commissioning, acceptance and project handovers
Active involvement in the further development of HVAC standards, planning processes and BIM competencies
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a building services engineer EFZ specialising in HVAC
Further training as a Dipl. Technician HF Building Services Engineering or comparable qualification advantageous
Several years of experience in HVAC planning and project management in the Swiss market
Good knowledge of SIA 108 and relevant SIA/SWKI standards
Experience with BIM, 3D specialist coordination and digital planning processes
Confident use of industry-standard CAD/BIM and calculation tools
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
