ServiceNow Platform Engineer & Developer (m/f/d)

You develop and implement stories based on operational requirements and projects.
You design workflows, automations, and integrations and work closely with internal specialist teams and customers.
You ensure the secure and reliable operation of the ServiceNow on-premise platform and are responsible for upgrades, clones, and further developments.
You support ServiceNow users in 2nd and 3rd level support.
You collaborate closely with implementation partners on extensive projects.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience with ServiceNow in administration and development as well as ideally a solid IT education and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA.
You possess sound knowledge in ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery as well as integrations via REST, LDAP, SSO, and MID Server.
You are proficient in JavaScript; knowledge of Bash, PowerShell, SQL, and MariaDB is an advantage.
You ideally have experience with ServiceNow cloud migrations and initial knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or Microsoft Azure.
You work customer-oriented, independently, and responsibly, are team-oriented and eager to learn; fluent written and spoken German.
