Are you our new team member who will support us as a cook immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Saturday from 06:30 to 16:00, 08:00 to 19:00 or 11:00 to 21:00.
Working hours may vary during events or catering.
Our task menu
- Preparation of mise en place at the assigned station
- Production of dishes at the assigned station (entremetier, garde manger, saucier etc.)
- Ensuring supply at the menu lines
- Regenerating / plating menus during lunch service
- Assisting with catering, aperitifs and special events
- Receiving goods and managing the stock
- Contributing ideas for menu design
- Ensuring cleanliness and order at the assigned station
- Performing general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Implementing ZFV quality and service standards
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
Your recipe for success
- Completed basic training as a cook EFZ
- We are open to candidates directly after apprenticeship
- Good oral and written German skills
- Enthusiastic "foodie" and connoisseur
- Team player
- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
- Clean and independent working style
- Willingness to learn
