Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Sanitary / Building Services for the planning and realisation of demanding sanitary projects in new builds and renovations. You will be responsible for projects from the kick-off meeting through planning, costing and execution to acceptance and handover, keeping costs, deadlines and quality in view. The project portfolio includes residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure buildings with different technical requirements. In addition to project management, you will take responsibility in customer care, acquisition and offer preparation.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of sanitary projects in new builds and renovations from project takeover to acceptance
Planning and technical design of drinking water, wastewater and sanitary supply systems
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project results
Supervision and monitoring of assembly and construction execution on site
Coordination with clients, architects, engineers, specialist planners and internal departments
Costing and preparation of quotes for sanitary installations in residential, office, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction
Creation and checking of measurements, change orders, time and material work and billing
Planning and control of personnel, material and resource requirements
Technical processing of execution, assembly and installation concepts
Coordination of interfaces with heating, ventilation, electrical and other building services trades
Independent support of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers and follow-up orders
Support of commissioning, functional checks, acceptance and project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as sanitary installer EFZ or building services planner sanitary EFZ
Further training as certified technician HF building services, sanitary planner or comparable higher professional education advantageous
Several years of experience in project management, planning or execution of sanitary installations
Sound knowledge in costing, tendering, execution and cost management
Knowledge of relevant SVGW guidelines and SIA standards
Confident handling of CAD, construction administration and Microsoft Office applications
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
