Service Administration Clerk 60-70% (m/f/d)

Our client is a respected SME, known for innovative environmental technology, advanced cooling systems, and as an excellent employer.

For a versatile hub function, we are looking for a committed individual as Service Administration Clerk (60–70%).

What can you achieve?

• You reliably record and process service reports, ensuring that information is complete and accurate.
• You maintain relevant data and content in various systems and keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
• You regularly communicate with technicians and support smooth coordination in day-to-day business.
• You take on organisational and planning tasks within the service area.
• You actively participate in the transition to a cloud-based ERP system and support the team during this change phase.

To succeed in this, your profile includes:

• Completed commercial training (KV).
• Two to three years of professional experience, ideally in a service environment or an industrial company.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
• A careful working style and a keen eye for detail.
• Clear and binding communication when interacting with different contacts.
• High sense of responsibility and the necessary flexibility for a dynamic work environment.
