Purchaser - Temporary (m,f,d)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the placement of supplier orders
• Follow up on order confirmations, deadlines and deliveries
• Manage the supply of raw materials and packaging
• Participate in price negotiations with existing suppliers
• Ensure administrative and documentary follow-up of purchases
• Update and maintain data in SAP
• Coordinate exchanges with international suppliers
• Manage any delivery discrepancies and supplier claims
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee product availability
• Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing and supply processes

Candidate Profile

• First experience or proven experience in supply management
• English level B2 (mainly written)
• Experience with an ERP, SAP Business One being a real asset
• Proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented personality
• Ability to learn quickly and strong adaptability
• Methodical, organised and process-oriented
• Comfortable in an international environment
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
