- You hold a higher education qualification in the medical, nursing or medical-technical field, or an equivalent recognised title.
- You have supplemented your background with specific training in medical coding; the federal specialist diploma in medical coding is an additional asset.
- You are comfortable with IT tools and specialised software related to coding and hospital data management.
- You possess good analytical skills, demonstrate rigour and know how to take a step back in complex situations.
- Autonomous and organised, you know how to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

You will benefit from a flexible organisation, including the possibility of teleworking, as well as a particularly attractive salary policy and a unique remuneration system in the sector, notably allowing the recognition of performance and added value.
