Architect Execution Planning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the execution planning of demanding new build and conversion projects in the Zurich region. The focus is on the constructive development and detailing with Archicad as well as coordination with specialist planners and executing companies. The project portfolio includes various building typologies and ranges from feasibility studies to realisation, partly in the context of listed building fabric. The position offers a high degree of professional creative freedom and close collaboration within an experienced planning team.
Responsibilities:
Handling the execution planning for demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
Creation and further development of precise working, detail and execution plans with Archicad
Development of technically and aesthetically high-quality construction and detail solutions
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts
Conducting plan reviews and clash checks and ensuring consistent planning quality
Handling complex conversion and renovation details, especially for existing and partly listed buildings
Coordination of execution details with contractors, suppliers and specialist planners
Support with tenders and awards through technical clarifications, detailed descriptions and plan documents
Accompanying projects during the realisation phase and processing planning adjustments arising from execution
Application of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and constructive standards
Ensuring planning and execution quality throughout the various project phases
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised architectural education
Several years of experience in execution and detail planning of building projects in Switzerland
Very good and practical Archicad skills
Solid expertise in construction, materialisation and detailing
Experience with new build, conversion and renovation projects, knowledge of dealing with listed building fabric is an advantage
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
